The Marsh Minnetonka Wedding: Nick + Sara

It was one of those HOT Minnesota summer days in July...a PERFECT day for Nick & Sara's wedding at The Marsh in Minnetonka. But, man was it hot. I had a ton of fun shooting around The Marsh with Nick Sara and all of their friends and family. What an awesome group of friends you guys are blessed with. Here are a few of my fav's from their wedding. Thank you again for allowing me to take part in your special day. Congratulations!!!

These fabulous flowers were created by Ginger Floral Design of Minneapolis, A-Mazing!!

That's right...2 teachers getting married demands you take a school bus around town on your wedding day. Look both ways before crossing.
I hate to throw Nick under the bus (pun intended) but he was raising his hands to a Miley Cyrus favorite...name that tune?

One of my fav's!! It just a melty photo. Not sure what melty is but it's that without a doubt.

Super stars!!

Again....Sara's bouquet by Ginger Floral Design out of Minneapolis

And I'll end with this photo....Orange you glad I posted it. How creative are these two. The little details that Nick & Sara incorporated into their wedding day were so special. Happy marriage days to you both. See you soon!!

Drew l Eden Prairie Senior Photographer

I had the pleasure to shoot Drew's Senior Portraits this past week. Two summers ago I shot Drew's sister Abby's portraits and we had a lot of fun out at her Uncle's home west of the metro. With Drew, we went right into the heart of Minneapolis for some fun times. Drew was a good sport because it was hotter than ________________(you fill in the blank). I could only allow Drew to take a couple of photos in jeans and long sleeves due to the Minnesota State laws. No laws really but I didn't want this Eden Prairie Senior passing out on me during our session. I know there is a first time for everything but I certainly wasn't ready for that first experience.

Drew had fun working it in front of the camera for a bit. He even stated at the end of the shoot, "that wasn't bad at all." I high fived myself after that comment and kick my heals up in the air. He was happy. And so was I. Thanks Drew and have an awesome Senior year at EPHS!!

Peace,
BDP
